**New Office Hours: Starting August 1st the Kensett Housing Authority will be open to the Public on
Monday: 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Closed for lunch 12:00 to 12:30
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Closed for lunch 12:00 to 12:30
Thursday: 8:00 AM until 12:00 Noon
Friday: Closed
The Kensett Housing Authority is exploring re-positioning options through HUD with streamlined RAD PBV or Section 18/22. We will be holding meetings with residents to explain this new funding. Notices will be sent out to all tenants, posted on this website and on our Bulletin Board at the front office. 07/31/2019
The Resident Board met on 4/26/2018 and discussed the No Smoking Policy; Feedback solicited from tenants.
